My experience was good within the company and the people. However the actual job entails a lot of “loopholes” that if you don’t know about them you’ll get left behind.

Dell is unfortunately a shell of it's former self. A company that embraced remote workers for good, then turned on it's heels to force workers back into the office - and give promotions to people who are in the office first, not to the highest performers. A very sad turn for Dell. Wish I had better things to say. Would stay away.

Don't ever take a job working sales for Dell in Small business. Mid and enterprise are a different ball game but don't ever start in SMB. no growth whatsoever.
