I have a lot of flexibility with being fully remote. I have a lot of leads inbound and outbound. My manager and leadership is very helpful and understanding. However, Dell is moving to a hybrid schedule and pushing into office 3 times a week.

Dell then EMC then Dell EMC was a good experience, but organizational structure, product leadership and R&D spend were significant concerns. Good for intro job but pay is well under market average for quota size. Paid roughly 1% of quarterly quotas from $300-500k
