My overall Experience has been great for me but for other members on my team and extended team.. It hasn’t been easy. In terms of the leadership it has become shaky over the last two years due to the rash decision making process. If notices go out in a more timely manner, I would have much preferred that. Overall, I truly enjoy working for Dell but it has its dips that are really bad sometimes. And we are in one of them right now.

Not concerned about DEI...doesn't move the needle for me but total comp + leadership does along w the products that I'm selling
