Overall, good company to work for, like most places things are changing rapidly but there has always been upward mobility and people are uncommonly open to network and mentor. Great experience overall.

Great managers and great coworkers. The overall job is laid back and the day structure is based on your own criteria. Pay sucks. Quota goes up insanely quarter after quarter, but commission stays the same.
