The product is great and sells itself but there is no loyalty. You grind your ass off for more than a decade and get the boot! Tons of reps were relocated to different city’s and states for roles a year ago who have now been laid off.

I made these decisions based off high volatility within the company, to include constant layoffs despite posturing about record profits, circumstances beyond your control such as quotas increasing 100% in a matter of 3 months, continued asking of doing more with less.
