The company culture is great, the training is great and the leadership and mentorship is great. What's not great is the pay. The base is what companies were paying 17 years ago.

The EMC glory days are over- Now strict in office policy and Insane quotas with a very non competitive pay package. They want people to leave so they wont have to pay any expensive rep or lay them off.

Overall experience is good. Company is moving in a direction to 5 days in office only. They have stopped remote events for sales staff and only hiring in Round Rock or Nashville. Pay is good if you are hitting quota. Great market fit and brand recognition. Lots of inbound leads. Culture has started to go downhill, but my direct managers have all been amazing....Read More
