Business is retrenching and there have been a lot of layoffs. Re-emphasizing the channel and hoping their laid off employees continue to sell dell at partner practices. Rumors of another batch later this year. Generally a solid company to work for. May be trying to do too much for too many companies

Little motivation to sell at higher margin or to sell higher margin products. Consistent business from existing buyers is valued similarly to customers you convert to be new buyers. This leads to a lot more territory luck than actual skill required to be compensated.
