Little motivation to sell at higher margin or to sell higher margin products. Consistent business from existing buyers is valued similarly to customers you convert to be new buyers. This leads to a lot more territory luck than actual skill required to be compensated.

Dell used to be a great company. Recently, all sales targets are unattainable and tons of caps on any commission you could make. To make matters worse, they introduced a full RTO with 2 days notice. No leniency for anyone. Avoid like the plague as this place is rapidly descending.
