Former Employee3.1Jan 11, 2024Dell Technologies is a good company if you are early in your career but there is not much growth/opportunities, especially for high-achieving sales professionals.

Current Employee3.1Sep 26, 2023Little motivation to sell at higher margin or to sell higher margin products. Consistent business from existing buyers is valued similarly to customers you convert to be new buyers. This leads to a lot more territory luck than actual skill required to be compensated.

Former Employee2.9May 22, 2024Dell is unfortunately a shell of it's former self. A company that embraced remote workers for good, then turned on it's heels to force workers back into the office - and give promotions to people who are in the office first, not to the highest performers. A very sad turn for Dell. Wish I had better things to say. Would stay away.
