Management and leadership is either amazing or non-existent/extremely poor. Targets can be achievable but will be flipped the next half to be entirely unachievable. Either lots of opportunity to move and progress or none at all.
If you can deal with inconsistency and change, it's a great place to learn with the right people around you.
