If you want to make money you can hit a good number but be aware if CApping Bonus structure and unrealistic increases year over year, so after 3 years you will have a hard time hitting your quota.

I earned presidents club this year so I have had a pretty good experience. With the AI boom we are definitely one of the winners benefiting from the hype. However, leadership still seems to operate in a manner unknown to the employees. Even with the influx of revenue we are still expecting layoffs and uncertainty about roles and responsibilities going into Q3.
