My overall experience was great. Dell currently has challenges with workforce reduction but it’s really a company who pays employees well and aims for achievable targets - that being said I have had some unachievable half year targets but it normally evens itself out. Overall I would recommend Dell as a place to work

Dell is actively making sure that sales reps work more (more accounts with higher quota) for less than market adjusted pay. For context, I carry a 6M dollar annual quota as a field seller and make 185k OTE

Looking back at my time at Dell Technologies, It seems I worked for a little for too long. The takeaways that added value to me in the market were the ones I have built and worked towards.
