Good company to work for with solid products to sell. Comp is below market average though and quotas are notorious at Dell for being aggressive and outpacing your pipeline growth, which can be very frustrating and limit your earning potential.

This job is gut wrenching. I work my butt off 45 hours a week and book 2.5 million in revenue for Dell, but was only paid $8,000 in commission before tax. It is truly modern day slavery to work for Dell Small Business

My overall experience was good. A great sales school but after a few years a lack of growth opportunities and innovation in the sector. Leadership changed due to globally led structure. Leaders unable to make in country decisions.
