You learn a lot and sell a lot. But dont get compensated like you should. AE and AM dont know about most of the deals and you lead everything.

Not much has changed except they laid all the older Account Executives off and redistributed their workloads to existing datacenter executives. Compensation has not changed despite everyone getting larger workloads in the second half of the fiscal year.
