Current Employee3.4Sep 12, 2024My overall experience not bad and not great. Pros- flexibility con- pay
Former Employee3.1Jun 4, 2024Good career opportunity and earnings. Tough management not very accommodating
Former Employee2.7Mar 14, 2024Dell was a great company in the 90’s when I worked there with exceptional growth. Dell was lower on compensation at the time compared to other technology companies but the ESPP program made up for the difference. The culture shifted in the late 90’s to 2000’s as a result of growth, moral suffered and the grass was no longer green.

Current Employee3.0Jan 11, 2025I like working at Dell because they have consistently competitive products, a great culture and leadership, and typically don't just sell one point product so I can go deep and wide into the Enterprise. What blows is there is zero equity. No stock grants or options. Not even an employee stock purchase plan.
