Start off with low compensation but can build it up with successful sales attainments. Great work-life balance but that seems to have changed recently. Managers are good and help with your goals. Lots of diversity and good benefits too.

It was fantastic. I loved being at Dell, they have world class training, a myriad of opportunities for networking between employees and with partners. It was a great way to start my career.

Great leadership in my group. No such thing as a cold call at Dell, because everyone in the world has likely used their products. Dell likes you to fit into the comp mold. Overachievers are not paid well, and if you close a really large deal (over 200% of quota), you're very unlikely to be paid your full commission. Finance has way too much influence over sales....Read More
