Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was negative. I did learn a lot of things, they invest a lot in technology and most people are amazing, but the some managers are very toxic and disrespectful. HR and other leaders are aware of this but they don't do nothing about it.
Quota's are very high for sales, most of the team struggle to get to 50% despite being very experienced and hardworking and your career development plans can change anytime, you should trust what they say at the interviews because they will promise you everything but then thins can drastically change from one moment to another.
The product is excellent but is not worth the price because solves things that can be solved internally and there are a lot of competitors entering the game. Maybe it makes sense for first world countries that invest a lot of money, but if you are not selling to a strong economy, it's very hard to meet the quota because you don't have much added value to offer. 50usd per month per contractor is a lot for some markets.
