Deel has an industry leading product, and competitive pricing which makes sellers lives a lot easier. "Deel Speed" is real, which has pros and cons. Pros: Fast Product rollout + feature advancement. Teams work quickly to accomplish short-term & long term goals Cons: Sometimes important details / comms can slip between the cracks from moving so quickly. Comp plans have been changing to better align with company goals.

My overall experience was very poor and Deel treats their SDRs very poorly. My entire SDR segment hasn't hit quota in 2 months and the leadership is totally overwhelmed and has no time for coaching. Great product market fit, not much opportunity for growth within as an SDR because of so much external hiring for AE’s.
