Fantastic entry into the tech world ! You get what you work for - Fast, pace, ruthless expectations on results and the carrot of equity/low base - but wouldn't have it any other way working with amazing people.

Overall Deel has a great product and the sales process is consultive, so it is relatively pleasant to sell.
