My overall experience was okay here. The product-market fit is quite tough in Asia as it's more of a North America/First world country product. To be very honest, it's quite stressful to work here because of the high pressure from leaders in APAC. Deel is an amazing business but certainly not aiming to become an amazing employer (I can only speak for APAC) anytime soon. Work-life balanced is not encouraged, and over-working is expected.

Great experince so far, new company, great kind young people who are calling all day, no other channel really yields results like cold calling. It's a hard sell so far but most people are satisfied with the role, turn over is a bit on the higher side but there are also lots of promotions with huge hiring growth recently at time of writing.
