The product market fit alone should be enough reason to work at deel. Super good managers. Sometimes there lacks clarity on rules and processes in the org but you should expect that joining a start up that’s only 5 years old and is as big as they are.

Deel was the worst sales organisation I've ever worked for, they have a strong hire and fire mentality and push their reps until they break.
