Datto was a great company to work for up until the acquisition by Kaseya in 2022. From there, everything changed. The way the business was run, culture, compensations and benefits, etc.

Middle Sales mgmt was an utter joke. Incompetent middle managers that succeeded as reps by having the good fortune of getting in early via connections and being in a channel-only company with strong books.
