Compensation and incentives are below industry standards. No 401k match which is not great at all. Equity is part of compensation but no clear guidance on whether this will be valuable or not.

After Datto was acquired by Kaseya, the culture, micromanagement, pay, employee respect, etc has just gone down hill. You are never doing anything right, and coming from Datto, the potential earnings continue to go down.

Overall experience is 3.5 stars out of 5. Incentive program is not motivating enough for top performers to continue to earn additional compensation especially once quota is attained.
