For all it’s market saturation and difficulty in getting to OTE, Datadog leadership is humane - they don’t cut sales folks for not meeting targets, and they try their best to “repurpose” staff in the event of a reorg. Stable job & leadership, amazing benefits.

Burn and churn. Massive fatigue in commercial org with almost nobody hitting quota consistently.

My time at Datadog has been great. The only problem is I don’t see any openings for a promotion. This is very frustrating.
