Company culture really stresses continuous learning and development across the sales org, so there’s many resources to learn from if you’re a new rep. Inbound flow is hit or miss, but leadership heavily incentives outbound opportunity generation. Great place to work if you’re willing to put in the effort.

Great company and amazing culture and people. Incredible product that gives lot of possibility to improve sales-skills due to its complexity and long sales-cycles. The company could be a bit more transparent with their leadership promises (especially when it comes to them talking about going to adapt salaries to the market standards).

It’s a great learning experience for sales, they give you a lot of frameworks and the leadership team is supportive but the account patch dismal. The company is fixing it by giving new logo bonuses but they need to change the set up and add existing accounts for the reps to make it work. Less than 10% hits quota.
