It’s a great learning experience for sales, they give you a lot of frameworks and the leadership team is supportive but the account patch dismal. The company is fixing it by giving new logo bonuses but they need to change the set up and add existing accounts for the reps to make it work. Less than 10% hits quota.

Great products, fast innovating organization. Sales team is purely outbound with minimal inbound lead flow. Flexible payment options for customers and a household name in the industry

Definitely a company to work for with steep learning curve, great leadership, a lot of development opportunities. But base is quite low, commission as well and reps are not hitting quota.
