Segmented by employee count when the biggest driver for propensity to spend on Datadog is cloud spend. (2) Very few people hitting quota (3) Partnership side of the business weak due to land and expand strategy

Former Employee4.7Jul 4, 2024For all it’s market saturation and difficulty in getting to OTE, Datadog leadership is humane - they don’t cut sales folks for not meeting targets, and they try their best to “repurpose” staff in the event of a reorg. Stable job & leadership, amazing benefits.
