Strong value prop and sure the best player in the Observability space. Challenging environment in crowded space. Expanded enterprise sales organization by deploying entirely new teams with little to no experienced leadership from within or other successful reps in region. Re-inventing the wheel happens often. Big emphasis on new logo sales, though most reps who’ve proven to be successful did so on existing big customers.

Great place to work. A lot of happy people, pay could be a little better but great place for upward mobility and culture. Extremely happy at Datadog.

Fantastic product that the customers love. Crowded space makes it difficult to drive urgency to switch. Accounts are slim pickings . Ability to kill it but a lot comes down to timing and your patch.
