Great place to work. A lot of happy people, pay could be a little better but great place for upward mobility and culture. Extremely happy at Datadog.

Overall, my experience was pretty poor. Organization is good for new reps to get your feet wet but falls very short in leadership quality, culture, and attainability of annual #.

My overall experience is underwhelming. You can easy get blinded by all the great things they put in front of you (Free lunch, PTO, Office). But once you start getting confirmable, you realize that a lot of the reps are very unhappy.
