Current Employee3.3Jun 18, 2024Quota is unattainable. Leadership hasn't changed quotas since the product was selling extremely well during Covid. First line leaders micromanage and mostly go manager route, because it's far better than the mid market opportunity -- few are actually good leaders, most have large egos.
