Commercial sales rep in US 65K base+commission (125K OTE) 25-30% of reps hit their quota Put in the work upfront and you'll succeed. Great leadership and sales training. Although pay is a bit lower than industry, brand recognition and training is likely better than any of the current competitors. Perks+in office benefits are great--stocked kitchen, decent sales+prospecting tools.

great company Objectives are made in a way where it is very hard for some team to achieve. But some markets are flourishing and hence these markets do make a lot of money. but it is capped
