Commercial sales rep in US 65K base+commission (125K OTE) 25-30% of reps hit their quota Put in the work upfront and you'll succeed. Great leadership and sales training. Although pay is a bit lower than industry, brand recognition and training is likely better than any of the current competitors. Perks+in office benefits are great--stocked kitchen, decent sales+prospecting tools.

My overall experience was negative as the company has very aggressive quota requirements that majority of reps do not achieve. Professional development training is great, but reps are completely on their own to find opportunities.
