Needs more diversity. Culture is horrendous, everyone is miserable and less than 5% hitting number. Serious changes needed. Do not recommend

Current Employee3.9Feb 19, 2024I would rate my experience an 8/10. Good place to start your sales career by selling a highly technical product and learn how to apply frameworks such as MEDDICC . Luck (territory, leadership, accounts) plays a big part in success here. (Very) Hard work is also a must.
