Eat what you kill mindset here for sure. Huge upside if you’re able to ramp quickly and bring in consistent outbound opps. Comp plan getting better and incentivizes transactions across the board. Accounts, inbounds, support depends significantly on who your manager is with some definitely being better than others. Overall great spot to work up the ranks and earn solid checks

Wonderful company with excellent training! I wouldn't want to be a commercial SDR AT ALL. Avoid this at all cost if you want to consistently hit quota. Training is actually insanely great though
