Great product and the company has some good benefits. promotion path to AE is very political and once you are a CAE - the turnover is absurd.

Great culture, pretty good training and development, I learned a ton which is the plus. However, in commercial specifically there is a ton of luck involved and quota metrics are unrealistic (unless you're a rep that gets lucky with an amazing account list or working on the West team).
