Good product and good talent and decent sales culture. A lot of favoritism so beware. The allure is good; but make sure you join a team with solid leaders and solid territory pipeline. Helps if you already know the leadership chain.

Overall Databricks is a great company and has a great products that work which customers are quick to adopt. There is a strong Executive team in the US who communicate very well globally and regularly take feedback.
