Great company. Amazing product market fit and a ton of demand from clients & prospects to learn about Data & AI. Plus employees get to learn so much about AI and trends in this space (increasing their value to the market). Only downside is that the change in culture that comes with being a company trying to grow and go public. New leaders. More micromanaging. HUGE focus on forecasting, reporting & sales force cleanliness is annoying to deal with. But aside from that. Life at Databricks is pretty great.

My overall experience at Databricks has been overwhelmingly positive. I joined the sales team with high expectations, and I can confidently say that the company has not only met but exceeded those expectations in many aspects.
