Extremely large & bureaucratic French ownership. Feedback from field (and especially other Geos) is ignored. More concerned with dictating the next failed plan for success in markets they don't understand. Extremely good at maneuvering out of paying sales. Sales comp is moderately good on paper, but the 88 page (no kidding) comp plan is ludicrously overly complex, all of which Dassault will use to escape from paying commission. Negotiate like your base is all you get, because you'll rarely exceed 50%. P.S. They push rentall and clawback performance if customer cancels - with no expiry. Do a $1M deal in 2025, get paid. Customer cancels in 2028? Pay it all back.

leadership doesn't know anything outside of DS in terms of how to manage teams effectively and business tools to make sales reps successful.

The sales leadership in North America is terrible. Overly process driven with upper management never holding true sales roles to understand what is needed to help sellers, sell. No CRM and little support from various parts of the organization leave you to feel you're on your own.
