Could be better. Great ideas, good solutions, difficult to understand org. And processes. Engineering driven culture. Sales is too often an afterthought.

Sales comp plan is insanely complicated. You better have a good manager (I am fortunate that I do) and good accounts to be successful.

Dassault Systemes has a great technology stack. Access to resources (technical personnel and presentations) is more difficult than it should be. Compensation is good for veteran sales people, good for right out of college, but they struggle to promote internally to keep close to Market Value for young talent.
