The sales leadership in North America is terrible. Overly process driven with upper management never holding true sales roles to understand what is needed to help sellers, sell. No CRM and little support from various parts of the organization leave you to feel you're on your own.

Big, stiff, full of processes and gates. Great place to work in if you like mediocrity, like to use various processes, guidelines and methodologies as a way to avoid getting to do actual work. Small group of really passionate still make it a great place to work and only due to them and their efforts it moves forward.
