How would you describe the interview process for the role you applied for, and what should others expect, pros and cons, etc?

Interview process consisted of two cognitive exams, ( one solo and one while being watched, not sure why they don’t just watch the first time) and ends with a 3 hour presentation based on a case study you build. This is where I withdrew my application, I am still a full time employee and can’t dedicate that huge chunk of prime work time, not to mention the prep. Aside from that I enjoyed the interview process, the leadership was sharp and personable, I would have enjoyed working with and learning from them.

First interview was with HR, second was with hiring Mgr but this person never revealed they were the hiring manager. Then they kept steering me toward another position that I kept telling them I wasn’t interested in. Third interview was a presentation to same Sr Dir, and one of her Directors, who still did not admit they were hiring Mgr. Again talked me into other position, saying even tho it wasn’t what I wanted, I wd like it and they assured me if my success. Said it wd be a hybrid of what I wanted and new posit. (Spoiler: 5 weeks into job, I had to ask straight out what the job I wd be doing was. You guessed it: I was what I didn’t want. Thought of quitting then but told myself to stick it out and see what happened. 6 mo later, sorry I did.)
