I’ve never heard “i took this meeting because of your reputation in the market” more than at while at CrowdStrike. The downside - the cat is out of the bag from a stock price perspective. Who knows, but equity pkgs (might) have slightly less upside.

The SE side is group quota which is awesome when you're ramping and less awesome when you're more tenured and slangin'; although that's my only slight gripe at this point. Effort is rewarded by very solid SE management and selling the best cybersecurity platform in the world is quite nice.
