Crowdstrike is by far and away the best cybersecurity platform on the market, but the sales org has become bloated and flawed, especially at the midmarket level. Accounts are routinely swiped by both the SMB and Enterprise team. As a MM rep you truly feel like the middle child of the sales org in a not-great way. You are given roughly 300-350 accounts but only about 1/3 are workable. ENT accounts are usually about 3/4s workable, and SMB is about 1/2 (usually have about 5k accounts). Comp structure is not on pace with the industry average either, it's about 25-40k behind what it should be. What it lacks in pay, it does make up for in development and culture. Great leadership and a good track record of hiring great people.

Overall, great company to work for with an outstanding product. Would recommend working here. I really enjoyed working at Crowdstrike. They’re the last “really good” company within cybersecurity and the demand isn’t going away.
