Very difficult selling environment. The majority of reps don’t sell anything for 1.5 - 2 years. Maybe 1 in 5 hit quota, but it’s not like the rest are 70-80% of plan. Solid product. Hard to get prioritized.

Classic SaaS company in 2023. Unachievable targets, little to no training or mentorship given. Blame culture. High turnover of ADR's and AE. Welcome to the new world of Tech sales post Covid.

Great product. Poor leadership, poor enablement and onboarding, sales tactics are old and outdated and hence competitors are outselling. Lots of favouritism amongst AEs Boorish culture in sales functions
