Good place to start working as a first job, the commission structure is very friendly to a BDR. Other than that you are going to be cold calling all day everyday. They constantly talk about you building a career and being promoted. THIS IS NOT TRUE. There are tons of BDRs who have been promotion eligible for months/years that are still waiting for a promotion to an AE position. Its a great first job out of college where you can make decent money with the commission structure available where you are paid for just having them show up to the meeting and qualifying. but as far as growth and professional development there is not much or any of that at all. You will be strictly cold calling and setting up intro meetings.

Overall Coro has its place in the market but leadership is poor, unorganized and commission structure is unattainable.

This product entered into a crowded market. The clients in the S of SMB tend to like the product, but there's no way to hit revenue goals with the sales cycle length and average deal size. Most AEs hit anywhere between 10-25% of their quotas and live off of their base.
