Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Good place to start working as a first job, the commission structure is very friendly to a BDR. Other than that you are going to be cold calling all day everyday. They constantly talk about you building a career and being promoted. THIS IS NOT TRUE. There are tons of BDRs who have been promotion eligible for months/years that are still waiting for a promotion to an AE position. Its a great first job out of college where you can make decent money with the commission structure available where you are paid for just having them show up to the meeting and qualifying. but as far as growth and professional development there is not much or any of that at all. You will be strictly cold calling and setting up intro meetings.
