The Product is truly great, but the lack of strong direction and emphasis on the non revenue generating metrics over all else caused it to feel like and immature organization. It's a pretty fun group with the other reps, but leadership was little poor, and it seemed like favoritism and constant "adjustments" to GTM strategy made it difficult to have a clear path to success.

Good place to start working as a first job, the commission structure is very friendly to a BDR. Other than that you are going to be cold calling all day everyday.
