Overall quite negative, the new leadership that has been brought in is very unlikeable and the territories are increasingly slim. Success is not fairly distributed and the product is losing momentum in the market. Leadership refuse to acknowledge poor analyst reports and turn a blind eye to negative news. Small deal sizes in a hyper-competitive and commoditised space.

Very toxic atmosphere, people are worried that they can lose their job at anytime. The whole culture shifted since the new VP for EMEA joined. The company hired him to trim their staff without classifying them as layoffs. Good people have been pushed out so they can be replaced with cheaper/junior sales people.
