Very toxic atmosphere, people are worried that they can lose their job at anytime. The whole culture shifted since the new VP for EMEA joined. The company hired him to trim their staff without classifying them as layoffs. Good people have been pushed out so they can be replaced with cheaper/junior sales people. Only 1-2 people from the whole org. will hit their number. Target's are to unrealistic. Product is nice to have but not mission critical for businesses. Think twice if you coming from a well established software company where you actually selling value and not just a feature.

Great people to work with directly, leadership is a bit over the place, and not good at communicating and setting expectations, priorities changes quickly and decisions were made without considering the impact across the field. Proof of this is that after I left the company, they changed CEOs and seems like more changes are coming from the top to bottom.

Compensation is great. BNL leadership was great but dismantled due to reorganization. Leadership in UK aims to hire reps in UK to serve continental Europe (DACH, Nordics, BNL, France) due to more flexible labor laws.
