Former Employee2.0Oct 19, 2023My time at Contentful was interesting. Poor sales leadership, coupled with unaware ELT to market demands, led to desperate sales team. The quotas were unattainable based on existing leads/prior year's sales. VP's "plan" to increase leads was laughable. It was the worst-run sales org I've ever seen.
