Saturated market, highest ticket product in market with competition catching up. Product has stagnated with limited improvements and brands have lower cost options to solve basic challenges. Product is best fit for complex problems and large organizations.

Since the acquisition there has been high turnover with leadership, GTM strategy is extremely unclear and ever-changing. ELS states #CustomersFirst, however their actions don't follow that value, surprise layoffs, overworked service members, outsourced tech support/language barrier and timezone differences.
