Overall quite negative, the new leadership that has been brought in is very unlikeable and the territories are increasingly slim. Overall experience was great. I joined the company while it was still "professionalising". Their base salary wasn't great compared to others in the market but I've heard their compensation + sales processes have gotten better 5 years on.

Overall good experience for exposure to the tech industry and resume building. Good benefits and cool culture. Downsides: - BDR to AE path does NOT exist (exact words from management) - Standard promotion flow is BDR -> AM -> AE. But the list of BDR's waiting to get promoted even to AM is PLENTIFUL.
